CONDITIONING

  • 12 Deadlifts (155/105)
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Shoulder-to-Overhead

 

EXTRA CREDIT

-Mobility: 2-3 exercises from posters

-Active Recovery: 1 Rounds @ conversational pace

  • 15 min Row (low tension)
  • 2 mile run @ easy tempo
  • 15 min Bike @ low rpm
